The  5-week course is a comprehensive guide to mindfulness and includes all the tools necessary for kids to grow an individual mindfulness practice. It is a fun and creative experience that leads to an understanding of what mindfulness is and how to achieve it.

 

 

The course is designed to deliver a simple and effective system of mindfulness and meditation that can be used daily.

Our 5 Week Course

With an emphasis on practical skills like deep breathing exercises, meditation techniques, yogic exercises and diffusion techniques;
JBK gives kids much-needed life skills that will help them to navigate their own obstacles and experiences.

Deep breathing techniques

In the 5 week course, we discover the power our breath has to reshape our minds and bodies and learn that deep breathing is a form of mind control. Mastering 2 powerful breathing techniques that are proven to grow your intelligence and your wellbeing.

How to increase focus

By learning to meditate we become the masters of our own destiny. We uncover how easy it is to begin a meditation practice and the impact it has on our concentration and mental focus. In our 5 week practice we unpack how to meditate successfully so you can grow an individual process at home.

Guided Meditation

We explore deep relaxation and guided meditation introducing sounds and music to relax the body and the mind and explore our internal creative landscape. Creativity and imagination are fundamental to the growth and change of the world around us and the one inside of us, The way we imagine ourselves and the world impacts how we live in it.

How Do I Make My Booking?

How Does The Course Run?

We come to you during school time to host your weekly mindfulness classes. You select a day in the school week that works for you and we come to you for 5 weeks on that day.
e.g  If you select Wednesday, we come every Wednesday for your 5-week booking

How Long Is Each Class?

Each class runs for about 40min with a reset time between each for set up.

Kids With Special Needs?

Our course is designed to include everyone. We happily make adjustments where needed so everyone gets to have a wonderful experience

Can Teachers Participate?

Yes, we love it when grown ups join in.

Can I Add More Classes?

The minimum extra classes are 2, and we host these on a separate day.

How Many Kids In Each Class?

Smaller classes always wor best.
