Sound meditation is a beautiful tool to use when you need to unwind and relax.

Sound and music is a healing modality that exists throughout all of human history. Instruments like the Australian Aboriginal Didgeridoo used for body healing and Tibetan singing bowls used in heightening meditation are some of the most recognisable tools used for sonic resonance.
The sounds included in this meditation were carefully selected for their frequency and tone. Singing bowls from Tibet and deep soothing sound bowls are frequent in the track as well as a resonant tone of 111 hertz which is said to help develop better concentration and mental awareness.
